When cancelling your child's spot in the Junior Golf Program, please note the following:​

• Cancellations should be received 5 or more days prior to the next billing cycle.

• Receiving cancellations less than 5 days before the next billing cycle may result in an additional month of charges before the auto drafts are stopped.

• Cancellation requests received after 5:00 p.m. on a weekday, or over the weekend, will be processed the next business day.  Submitting requests during these windows may result in an additional month's charge if less than 5 days prior to the next billing cycle.

REMINDERS:

• Unused class credits are not refunded.

• Charges are not refunded for billing incurred by cancellation requests being submitted outside of the cancellation windows outlined above.

• Returning to the program is dependent upon availability in your child's group, as some locations may have a waitlist.
