Though picking up golf at 15 is considered "late" for a junior golfer, Simone made the most of the time she had left in juniors. During her brief time as a junior golfer, Simone not only made All-District just two years after starting, the culmination of her junior golf experience was winning the 2019 Integrity award for the Texas Junior Golf Tour.
Tireless practice and dedication to her new found love helped Simone earn a golf scholarship to the University of Arkansas - Fort Smith, where she played for 5 years.
 
As an alumni of the Champions Golf Training junior program, Simone used her summer breaks from college to give back to her former progam by first being a camp counselor, and then becoming the camp lead the past two years.
 
Simone remains an active competive golfer, having won her flight division of the Texas Woman's Amateur Match Play Championship 3 years in a row. Looking to the future, Simone will continue to compete in mini-tour events working her way to LPGA Q School, and eventually full LPGA Tour status.
 
As a recent college graduate, Simone can't imagine a day in her life without golf. She looks to inspire her love of the game in others with her calm patient teaching style.
